Users settings

The Users settings page shows all team members and pending invites.

Go to Settings and select Users.


All members

The All tab lists every member on your team. Each row shows their name, role, status, last active date, and how many haikus they've created and viewed.

If you’re an admin, you can change a user's role using the Role dropdown. To remove a member, select the Remove icon on their row. To update multiple users at once, select the checkboxes next to their names. Use the bulk action bar to change roles or remove team members.

Use the search bar to find a specific user.

Filter by role using the All users dropdown. Choose Admins, Editors, or Viewers. Sort by name or newest using the Sort by dropdown.


Pending invites

The Pending invites tab shows invitations that haven't been accepted yet. Each row shows the email, status, role, who sent the invite, and the date it was sent.

To resend or cancel an invite, select the action on the invite row.


Invite members

Select + Invite to add new members to your team.
