Open a haiku and select Share to see and manage who has access.

Change someone's permission

People you've shared with appear in the list with their current permission. Select the permission label next to their name β€” Can edit or Can view β€” to change it.

  • Can edit. Can make changes to the haiku.

  • Can view. Can view and comment only.

  • Remove access. Removes the person from this haiku.

Pending invitations

Invitations that haven't been accepted yet show as Pending. Hover over a pending invite to:

  • Resend. Send the invitation email again.

  • Remove. Cancel the invite before it's accepted.

Change the haiku's access level

The access dropdown at the bottom of the share popup controls who can access the haiku overall.

  • Restricted. Only people you've explicitly added.

  • [Team name] can access. Everyone on the team.

  • Anyone with a link. Anyone on the internet with the shared URL.

Team roles and haiku access

Every team member has a role that controls what they can do across the team's haikus.

Roles are set by a team admin in Settings > Users. Individual haiku permissions can override a team role for a specific haiku β€” for example, a Viewer can be given Can edit access to a single haiku without changing their team role.
