Rename and organize your haikus

Rename a haiku

Open the haiku and select the Options menu (⋯) in the top toolbar. Select Rename.

You can also select the title text directly and type to rename it.

Duplicate a haiku

Hover over a haiku card and open the Options menu (⋯). Select Duplicate. A copy appears in the same location with the same steps, and description, and (Copy) in the title.

Organize with folders

Folders let you group related haikus within a team — by project, department, or however your team works. They appear on the Haikus page for the selected team.

Hover over a haiku card, open the Options menu (⋯), and select Move to folder.

A folder has its own sharing settings. Open its Options menu (⋯) and select Manage access to choose who can view or edit it: specific people or the whole team.

A haiku in a folder inherits the folder's sharing permissions — its own share settings are locked while it stays in the folder. To change access, edit the folder's settings or remove the haiku from it.

Filter and sort

Use the filters on the All haikus page to narrow down your list.

Filter by:

  • Created by. Show haikus by a specific team member.

  • Haikus. Choose between all haikus, only yours, or shared with you.

Sort by: A-Z, Z-A, Newest, or Oldest.
