The Analytics page shows data for the selected time period. Use the Time period dropdown to filter by last week, last month, last 3 months, or last year.

Three stat cards appear at the top of both tabs.

Share rate. The percentage of documents set to any share level other than Restricted.

Completion rate. The percentage of unique viewers who reached the last step.

View rate. The percentage of documents viewed by at least 1 person, not counting the creator.

A line chart showing document creation, views, and completions over time. Hover over the chart to see values for a specific date.

A table of your most-viewed documents for the selected period. On the Team analytics tab, it includes a Creator column. Click a document name to open it.

Appears on the My analytics tab only. Shows the people who have viewed your documents the most, with a total view count. Click the view count to see a breakdown by the document.

Appears on the Team analytics tab only. Shows the most active creators in your team, with columns for documents created, documents viewed, and total views received.
