Open a haiku to manage its steps.
Reorder steps
Hover over a step to reveal the drag handle on the left. Click and drag it to move the step to a new position. Release to drop it in place.
Add a step
A + button appears between steps when you hover. Select it to open the insert toolbar.
Choose what to add:
Step. A blank step with a screenshot and description field.
Tip. A callout for helpful context or a shortcut.
Alert. A callout for warnings or important information.
Capture. Start a new recording to capture additional steps and insert them here.
Header. A section header to break the haiku into named parts.
Duplicate a step
Hover over a step and select the Options menu (⋯). Select Duplicate step. A copy appears directly below.
Delete a step
Hover over a step and select the Options menu (⋯). Select Delete step.
Deleted steps stay in Recently deleted and can be recovered for 30 days.
